Candidates in this position will be prepared to fill several key positions in the company. Program will take approx. two months in which candidates will be trained in all critical functions in the company.
The candidates should posses following requirements:
1. S1 graduated from reputable universities, any disciplines.
2. IPK >= 2.75.
3. Have strong interest in automotive industry.
4. Have good analytical and comprehensive way of thinking.
5. Have strong willingness to learn.
6. Have strong leadership character.
7. Possess good maturity.
8. Enjoy dynamic work-environment and frequent traveling.
9. Able to quickly adapt with new situation and able to maintain positive & productive relationship with related parties.
10. Willing to be located in BANDUNG
